DUTIES & TAXES

IMPORTANT - All orders that are declined by the customer due to customs duties and taxes will not be given a refund.

We do not cover taxes & duties.

Australian & United States customers can typically order up to $1,000 without incurring import tax.

If you refuse to pay your local duties or import tax, your order will be refunded less the original cost of shipping + the cost of shipping to post the garment back to us, i.e. shipping costs x2.

We implore you to diligently read our policies + the prompts during the checkout process to ensure a fair process for both yourself and our business.

 

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once an order has been dispatched and collected by the shipping carrier, Vaucluse Studios is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring a secure delivery location. If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Vaucluse Studios is not liable for lost or stolen parcels and will not offer refunds or replacements.

If a parcel is lost in transit and has not been marked as delivered, customers should contact us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier; however, any replacement, refund, or compensation remains at the discretion of the carrier and subject to the outcome of their investigation.

Vaucluse Studios reserves the right to deny claims where delivery has been confirmed by the carrier or where insufficient evidence of loss is provided.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
