Returns / Privacy


We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. If you are eligible for a return Vaucluse Studios will provide a credit note valid for 3 years upon your items return. Returns must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. 

We do not offer refunds for a 'change of mind'. We also do not offer refunds to customers who refuse to pay import duties and taxes.

If you require an exchange or replacement size , you will need to place a new order with your credit note provided. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock.  

Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.

SALE/PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS

Returns  are not accepted on sale/promotional items. 


 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. 
Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour. 
 

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Vaucluse Studios has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition, without the tag attached or smelling of body odour/fragrance, marks/stains and it will be returned to the customer. 

Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.

 

WHY WE CAN'T EXCHANGE FOR SIZE/STYLE

Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock upon the items return nor can stock be reserved or put aside.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item please email us at vauclusestudios@gmail.com with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by Vaucluse Studios. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.

 

COST OF RETURNS

The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from Vaucluse Studios.

 

ORGANISING A RETURN

If you've met the above requirements please return your item/s with your returns form to the provided address on the form within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will not be held liable for any item/s returned to a location other than the one we provide.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE TIMELINE

We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and email you with a credit note. All credit notes will be sent via email so please be sure to double check your email address.
