DUTIES & TAXES

Customers are responsible for the payment of duties and taxes relative to their shipping address, calculated at checkout. Please note: orders declined by the customer due to customs duties and taxes will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Complimentary shipping over AUD $150

  • Otherwise AUD $9.95

  • Australia Post Standard Shipping (2–8 working days)

  • Express Shipping (1-3 working days)

Europe/Rest of the World

  • Australia Post Standard Shipping; (6-27 working days)

  • DHL international Express Shipping (3-7 working days)

  • Duties & taxes calculated at checkout

 


 

TERMS

We typically dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 2pm AEST on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday morning.

From time to time, items may be available for pre-order — this will be clearly stated on the product page prior to checkout.

If your allocated delivery timeframe has lapsed, please contact us at info@vauclusestudios.com and we will lodge a formal enquiry with our fulfilment partners.

 


 

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once an order has been dispatched and collected by the shipping carrier, Vaucluse Studios is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring a secure delivery location. If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Vaucluse Studios is not liable for lost or stolen parcels and will not offer refunds or replacements.

If a parcel is lost in transit and has not been marked as delivered, please contact us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier; however, any replacement, refund, or compensation remains at the discretion of the carrier and subject to the outcome of their investigation.

Vaucluse Studios reserves the right to deny claims where delivery has been confirmed by the carrier or where insufficient evidence of loss is provided.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
