TERMS

We typically dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2:00pm AEST on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday morning.

From time to time, selected items may be available for pre-order. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page prior to checkout.

If your allocated delivery timeframe has lapsed, please contact us and we will lodge a formal enquiry with our fulfilment partners.

 

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once an order has been dispatched and collected by the shipping carrier, Vaucluse Studios is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring a secure delivery location. If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Vaucluse Studios is not liable for lost or stolen parcels and will not offer refunds or replacements.

If a parcel is lost in transit and has not been marked as delivered, customers should contact us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier; however, any replacement, refund, or compensation remains at the discretion of the carrier and subject to the outcome of their investigation.

Vaucluse Studios reserves the right to deny claims where delivery has been confirmed by the carrier or where insufficient evidence of loss is provided.
